100 Soft Tone Phonograph Needles

These soft tone needles are best for acoustically recorded records and records that are worn, helping to reduce surface noise.

Soft Tone needles are also recommended to play back later 78rpm records (post 1935) because the records are:

1. made of softer material and will wear quicker and
2. are electrically recorded and therfore much louder, so the need for a loud needle is not necessary.
